Harbeth is a small company and our production capacity is relatively limited reflecting the truly hand-crafted loudspeakers we make. Our current, and expanding, international Distributors network is shown on the left but if your country is not there, please check with Harbeth UK. Where there is no Distributor in a country we may be able to make available Harbeth speakers to you by special arrangement until a Distributor is appointed.
We appoint and Authorise Importers and Dealers who empathise with our philosophy, are committed, willing and serious and who fully understand your listening needs.
To become an Authorised reseller, an Authorised Dealer obviously must have demonstration speakers on show and must have adequate sales stock on-hand, good facilities and a proper commercial approach.
We are always keen to discuss new distribution possibilities, and to clarify our distribution arrangements in any particular country.
We strongly endorse support and care that our Harbeth Authorised Dealers give to serious hi-fi enthusiasts. A long-term relationship with a really good Dealer is worth its weight in gold.
WARRANTY:
Harbeth speakers are individually marked and country-coded. Any Harbeth and/or Authorised Importer Warranty applies ONLY in the country of original supply. We are not able to offer advice, parts or after care to Harbeth speakers sold outside the originally intended home country. Please be on your guard for fraudsters. Do not deal with unknown suppliers. ALWAYS check serial numbers with the Authorised Importer. Do not put your money at risk.
To make a Warranty claim the Authorised Dealer will contact the Authorised Importer and verify the serial number, date of purchase, original country of supply and technical details of the problem. If these details check-out, then the Warranty parts will be issued from Harbeth UK to the Authorised dealer, via the Authorised importer.
TRANSFERRABILITY OF WARRANTY:
The Harbeth Warranty applies to the first buyer, in the original country of sale according to sales records at Harbeth UK. In the case that the speakers are subsequently sold through an Authorised Dealer in the original country of sale as part of a Harbeth Authorised Trade-up program, the remainder of the Warranty (if any) can be transferred to the new owner providing that the new owner registers this at the Authorised Dealer within 10 days of purchase.
