    Welcome Hagto,
indeed, a nice collection but you miss pictures of my gear, which is a great marriage of Harbeth with Electrocompaniet of Norway.

    page 4, 5, 6, and 7

The picture at page 7 is from Norways biggest hifishow, hold in september.
Harbeth had one of the best sound at the show, and was the biggest surprise.
I think it was the brand that was most spoken, and written, about after the show.
They played with Audiovalve tube amplifiers on Compact 7 ES3.

    Hi Hagto

Some very interesting photos there, eg. the M30 which looks like it has a long bridging strip at the back?

i added some rosewood finish photos of SHL5 here and happy for anyone to use it if they like...

    Hi kittykat
Thank You very much for the nice photos. Beautiful in rosewood.
The bridging strips are not on a Harbeth speaker.

Default Living with Harbeth in Norway - show reports ...

    Page 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30. Some pictures.
On page 25 we are testing the first Norwegian pair of M40.1. On page 27 the same pair in the biggest Norwegian show. This year too Harbeth was much spoken about for having one of the best sound at the show.
On page 28 my new pair of P3ESR and on page 30 my new pair of M30. I have now two rigs in my room. And I have now lived with SHL5, C7ES3, P3ESR, and M30 over time.

    Default Norwegian tragedy

On behalf of this group, may we pass on our deepest sympathies to the people of Norway for the tragedy that has befallen them, and especially their young people in the past day.

Of all of our suppliers, SEAS of Norway (who make our tweeters) is one of our very favourite. They visit us at least twice a year, every year; their products are excellent; they are exceptionally well organised and they are friendly, conservative people. You could not ask for a better human relationship with a supplier. I am sure that they are typical of the Norwegian people.

During WW2, I understand that my grandfather was brought out of retirement from the Royal Navy and was involved as a reservist volunteer in hazardous sea journeys between Scotland and Norway. There has always been a strong friendship between the Scots and the Norwegians.

Our heart goes out to SEAS and to our growing customer base in Norway.
